The administration of the Urbanisation of Sol Golf phases 1 and 2 is under contract to the firm Legal and Tax, they are a multifunctional operation who have in their employ specialists in the fields of law and taxation and they would be pleased to offer their services to you on an individual basis.
Within the firm Legal and Tax there exists a subsidiary Fincas Network which deals solely with the Administration of Urbanisations such as ours. The Urbanisation Sol Golf phases 1 and 2 has as its Administrator Andrés Aranda, who has taken over the reins, so to speak, from the outgoing Administrator Javier.
We are as a Community very lucky in our choice of Administrator, and although some may find the charges high (Legal & Tax) we certainly get our monies worth. Andrés speaks and writes very good English and also of course Spanish although he is Argentinean by birth. He is, you will find, truly dedicated to the administration of Sol Golf phases 1 & 2 and we look forward to many more years working with him. First of all I would like to explain what is an Administrator.
If we keep to the legal topic definition, an Administrator of a Community of Co-Owners is “a proffessional expert, who on a regular basis and with the appropriate education and training, manages from his registered offices, completely or partially, the administration of either rustic or urban properties pertaining to third parties and for their benefit, in accordance with the law in force and protecting the common interest; and in return receiving the pertinent fees”.
But in our context in Fincas Network's point of view, the definitions became narrow, and the administrator work goes far away than the simple administration.
