for the Community charges to be paid without penalty and all payments received now will of course have the 20% added to the initial charge. We have four cases however, where the funds have not transfered from the payee bank to the Community bank and it has been agreed to accept these payments without penalty when the owners come to Sol Golf later this month. One other item that is causing great concern is the state of the drains in the internal walkways. Some of these have been excavated on the insistance of the Officials and they have all to date, have either been blocked or not laid correctly in the first place.

As usual Prontisol are trying to get away with sorting out the problem and we are contacting them daily over the situation
.Following the Easter break Andres
is to find out once and for all if the Habitation certificates have been issued for phased 1 and 2 and if so he will contact the Town Hall over the problem.Another issue is the laying of the sleeping policeman
(speed hump or bump depending where you come from ) outside the Communal pool which is as usual not of great interest to the Town Hall or Traffico until a child in injured
or worse crossing from the Communal pool . Please could you keep a watch out for
children crossing.Whilst looking into the wait for this it was discovered that we could be on average waiting three years for the plants to be tidied up in the central reservation
so we may have to spend some of the money we have collected from the builder by way of late payment penalties and have them done ourselves. That of course is unless there is a volunteer out there ?
