the latest and yes we are still waiting

Clock As many of you are aware everything and we mean everything takes time in Spain but we still on a weekly basis keep plugging away until we get what we want.
There has been an order for some extra wheelie bins Walking Garbage Can for some time.
The speed bump or sleeping Sleeping policeman has still to make an appearance despite being ordered (and reapeat ordered) for three years.
The plants on the dual carriageway are about to grow over the roads and we are informed they could be cut either in three months or three years.

We still have no Certificate of Habitation despite almost weekly pleas
Please
And the drains ........
There has been a lot of communication over this issue (see below latest)

Hi Andres/Carina

As you are aware we have an ongoing problem with the drains on phases 1 and 2 which is only going to get worse as the summer season starts and the apartments fill up with guests.

We are of the opinion that it may be worth paying for an independent drain Company to survey all the drains on both phases and if a problem is found to be of construction forward the cost of this to the builder.
We understand that you are still waiting to find out if we have our Ceritificate of Habitation yet but even so we cannot imagine that a problem in the Urbanisation caused by faultly workmanship can be a concern of the council!
We are also wondering about the existence of our 10 year insurance policy in the Libro del Edficio - (the big book thing that should be given on completion). It should show the policy number of the Seguro Decenal and other policies that were valid during the build process. The reason we are asking for this is there are various faults developing within the Urbanisation that will not not covered by individual or community insurance.
Many thanks in advance
Denise

But still we hear nothing! All we can say is that we do keep trying and of course would welcome anyone´s help if they can find an answer to any of these outstanding issues.
