pool lights

One of the lights inside the pool came loose two weeks ago, we made several calls to the Administrator to have this fixed and an electrician was promised but never arrived. With a bit of effort John managed to help Victor go under water and put it back in situ, but unbeknown to them Ray the pool cleaner has disabled the lights from the main fuse box (thank you Ray) The outcome was that the lights have not been on for the last week, however, as we do not go past the pool at night and no one informed us we did not know.
Victor and John have just returned from the pool and the lights are now back on.
