Would any owner wishing to have anything added to the agenda, or who has any nominations for any of the positions for Officials please submit them this week.
Once again this year, there will be individual voting forms for those voting by proxy to allow owners to vote for what they want and not be swayed by the person standing proxy for them.
Once you receive the agenda if there is something that you are unsure about please ask.
To assist with seating arrangements could any owner attending the meeting in person, or sending someone to stand proxy please let us know?
