The minutes of the 4th Annual General Meeting which took place last Saturday 1st December 2007 are being prepared this weekend. As soon as they are signed we will publish a copy on this website, on the notice board and send them to each owner.
In the meantime, I would like to say a very big thank you to all owners who elected me as President and I will of course do my very best not to let them down.
Any queries should still be sent to the existing Administrators or direct to us until the Offices of Administration are formally changed which should occur in the middle of next week.
The Community charge for 2007/8 has risen to 330 euros and became due last Saturday 1st December 2007. Payments received before February 1st 2008 will have a 10% discount therefore making no increase for those who support the Community and pay early in the year. Payments received after the 1st April 2008 will once again be subjected to a 20% penalty.
The bank account will remain the same although we may have a better deal with another bank later in the year to move some money and gain interest. As always the accounts are available for inspection at the Offices of the Administration and I will send a copy bank statement to any owner on request by email.
The next (5th) Annual General meeting will be at 10am on Saturday the 6th December 2008 and the folder is now open for items to be on the agenda. Should any owner wish anything to be voted on or discussed at the next A.G.M. could they submit their request in writing either direct to me or to the Administrator who will be sending all owners their contact details next week.
