As owners will be aware the financial report for 2007 was not sent out with the invitation to attend the A.G.M. 1st December 2007 as was requested by the then Officials of the urbanisation. This matter was not under the control of the then Officials and they had been assured that the up to date accounts would be available at the date of the A.G.M.
As many owners are now aware the figures presented by the last Administrators, Fincas Network, were to say the least incorrect. It was therefore fortunate for the Urbanisation that a full set of accounts and corresponding copy bank statements had been kept by the Officials. Denise presented these accounts to O.S.C.I (the new administrators) in January of this year. Helen and Salva the new Administrators have gone through the figures, bank statements and accounts and they have now been passed as correct. Any owner may have a copy of these figures at any time please could they request them (they are on excel) by email to Denise at janddservices@msn.com For those without email a hard copy can be collected from 5 phase 1. The original bank statements, receipts and facturas are available (viewing only they may be copied but not taken away) from the offices of administration during normal office hours.
At all times the account of 2008 and copies of bank statements for 2008 are available by request to Denise on janddservices@msn.com
