Changing the date of future Annual General Meetings

The date of the 5th Annual General meeting is 6th December 2008 at the Havana Bar Villamartin on the 2nd calling being 11am (first 10.30)

One item on the agenda will be to change the date of future A.G.M.s from the first Saturday in December to a date earlier in the year when more owners can attend. Now that we have a decent set of Administrators the date of the A.G.M. is no longer a problem to the Officials and they are happy to apply for this to be moved.

WE NEED YOU OPINIONS PLEASE, Please vote using the poll above(on the solgolf forum) or email direct to the Administrator or President as not all dates will be available for choice on the calling to the A.G.M. as this would be difficult to administer.
