We are pleased to report that the month of September is showing that we have less debtors than ever before! Although the figure is still high at 16 the breakdown of this is reassuring and we believe that many Urbanisations would like to be in this position. On the 16 debts outstanding we have
2 Bank (repossessions) the Bank concerned have agreed to pay.
2 Bank (nearing repossession) the Banks concerned have yet to commit
1 owner paying of arrears in instalments, (hopefully cleared before next A.G.M.)
2 unfortunately that are subject to court action
1 owner paying on their next visit this month
2 debts under one hundred euros
6 Debtors have agreed to pay before the next A.G.M.
