4th ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 1st DECEMBER 2007

The next (4th) Annual General Meeting of Sol Golf phases 1 and 2 is to be held at

10am on Saturday 1st December 2007 at the Havana Bar opposite the Plaza behind the Chinese, Italian and Drivers Bar.

THE AGENDA AS BELOW WILL BE ADDED TO OR ALTERED DURING THE NEXT FEW MONTHS. IT IS COMPILED FROM SUGGESTIONS FROM OWNERS AND OBSERVATIONS OF THE CURRENT OFFICIALS.

ONCE AGAIN THE TICK BOX FORM OF VOTING WILL BE USED TO ALLOW ALL THOSE NOT ABLE TO ATTEND THE MEANS TO VOTE ON INDIVIDUAL ISSUES. PLEASE COULD OWNERS WANTING TO USE THIS METHOD PLEASE ASSURE THAT THEY ALSO HAVE A PERSON TO STAND PROXY FOR THEM, AS IS REQUIRED UNDER SPANISH LAW.

2. Presentation of the minutes from the last A.G.M. 2nd December 2006.

3. Presentation of list of Debtors, Sol Golf 1 & 2 (Balance as of the 28th November 2007)

4. Financial statement of the year 2006-2007 submission and approval

(Balance as of the 28th November 2007)



5. Budget if the Community of Owners for the year 2007/8. Community fees and discussion of the budget for 2007.

a. Budget to increase for the next year to €330 per apartment with corresponding amount for the two villas on phase 1.

B. Discount of 10% (thirty euros with corresponding amounts for the two villas on phase 1) for payments recieved before 28th February 2008.

Payments later than the 1st April will be charged with an extra 20% as decided at the A.G.M. 2006 (there is no option to vote on this issue)

6. Appointment or confirmation of the posts of Officials of the Community of Owners Sol Golf phases 1 & 2.
