Just a reminder to everyone that the Community chage has increased to three hundred euros per apartment (corresponding amounts for the two villas on phase 1) and that this is now payable in one instalment following the vote at the last A.G.M.
The payment has to be made before the 1st April 2007 to avoid the 20% penalty. However, it does seem that many owners are paying nothing until the very last minute and this is very dissapointing

)It was also voted at the A.G.M to purchase new items for the Communal pool. However, due to the lateness of payments to date, it may not be possible to put these items in situ before the Easter holidays.
