Planters for the pool area

Those who have read the previous posts on the subject will be aware that the quotes for the planters for the pool all came in at one hundred euros plus for each planter plus the cost of irrigation, which in total would give the Community a bill in the region of two thousand euro which is a figure less than that agreed at the last A.G.M. It was however, felt by the Officials to be far too much. To this end John, Victor and Dennis have purchased 15 wrought iron planter holders at a cost of 2 euros each and enough irrigation to cover these and the four plants that are already in situ around the pool. Now that the weather has improved it is hoped to buy the plant holders and the plants and compost and have this all done before the Easter holidays. The Officials will therefore charge the Community for the materials and not for the labour. All items will have a receipt for any owner to see once they have all been purchased (200 euros has been drawn on a cheque made out to John for the initial purchases). Please could everyone look after the new planters and if they see anyone causing damage to them stop them at once
