Next Committee meeting

There is to be a meeting of Officials of Sol Golf phases 1 & 2 next week at a day to be decided (The President, and both Vice Presidents have jobs and it needs to fit round this) there are also two non residents Committee members here next week.
If anyone has anything that they would like discussed could they please get in touch before Tuesday of next week.
Items already on the agenda.
1. New quotes for pool cleaner
2. New quotes for alternative administrator.
3. In view of the fact that at the end of this (3rd) year the current President has decided to resign, do any of the existing Officials wish to stand for the position of President or indeeed any position.
4. Action to be taken re the bad construction of the drains as the Administrator seems to be dragging his heels over this matter (or more like standing in quick sand!)
