As expected, we once again have problems with the drains this time on phase 1. Effluence was coming up the bath in one apartment and the smell all over the Urbanisation was terrible. Fortunately John was around and able to get a drainage firm in straight away before the problem became a health hazard and the guests in the block had to be moved out. We have been campaigning the Administrator for at least the last 8 months to get something done over the drain situation all to no avail. John and Victor are now getting quotes to see if they can bring the matter forward without the help of the administrator.
