Contact with owner

We have, this weekend finally made contact with the owner of 29 and 36 phase 1 who turns out to be the same person. It seems that this lady moved four years ago and that all our letters/burofaxes etc., have never been forwarded on to her. She is also unaware (like many people buying in Spain) that a Community charge was due on the properties. We have spoken to her on the phone, after making contact with the selling agent who gave us her telephone number, and have written her a letter detailing the charges over the last three years and the reason for the penalties that have been added. Hopefully payment will be forthcoming on these two properties very soon, one of which garden badly needs attending too.
