The agenda for the 4th Annual General Meeting Sol Golf 1 phases 1 & 2 is being finalised this week. We are still waiting for several quotes to come back but failing this we will have to go with the quotations already in. If anyone has collected any quotes themselves (Administration, Insurance, Pool maintenance, internal street cleaning etc., ) could they please forward them on to us a.s.a.p.
We have received several requests for items to be included on the agenda and all of these will be. If any one who has not had a reply to a request for something to be included then we have not received it, could they please submit it again before Thursday of this week (4th October)
We have also received several requests for the Officials to give proxy voters some indication as to which way to vote on items on the agenda. This has been requested as these owners do not come to Sol Golf very often but they are concerned that the urbanisation could become run down as many are in the area. These owners trust the Officials to recommend certain items that will benefit the Community as a whole and this has been added to the agenda this year. Could all owners, however, please note that these are only suggestions and ALL owners should vote how they wish.
