The agenda for the A.G.M. 1st December 2007 is now complete and is being translated and printed at the Administrators prior to being posted out tomorrow.
Would all those wishing to vote by proxy please remember to sign the proxy form and return it either to the Administrators or to the President or Vice President. Unsigned forms are invalid and cannot be included in the vote under the Horizontal Land Law.
