The certificates of habitation (cedula de habitabilidad) are now ready for collection for all properties on phases 1 & 2. These are at the builders offices in San Pedro.
John and Victor are going in late November to collect theirs and are happy to collect any others that request them to. Would anyone wishing them to pick up their certificate (you will need it if you wish to sell) please send them your authorisation as below to janddservices@msn.com
