Many owners have now signed up for direct debit

 as they can see that at last we have decent Administrators that we can trust to manage this without problems.

The payments for 2009 will be taken on the 12 January 2009 and unless the property is in arrears or credit the amount taken will be 300 euros. If you are on email and I have your email address I will send you a receipt.
Reminders will only be sent out by email and these will be sent between February 1st and 31st March for the full fee of 330 euro.
An up to date bank statement is available by return email on request from any owner. Copies of the accounts will also be available on request, as this would need to be updated and from the Community Accountant could you allow a couple of days for this, again by email please.
