Earthquakes

There were four minor earthquakes (or quakes and aftershocks depending on the report) in the night the first at 12.45 a.m. 6th August 2008, with a strength of 4.2 and the last just before 8am with a strength of 2.2 (according to met reports) Although there were ground tremors on Sol Golf there appears to be no damage. The epicentre of the earthquakes is reported to be south east Algolfa and there are reports of small internal damage to a few properties but no injuries

Those of you who log into local websites will be aware that we suffered a small earthquake at 5.03 this morning. Although this shook the properties on Sol Golf and was followed by an after shock about 9 minutes later there does not appear to be any damage here or anywhere else.
