Community payments for this year have now started to come into the account as the date set for penalties to be added which is the 1st April 2007 draws near. The payment is actually due from the date of the last A.G.M. 2nd December 2006, and as very few people paid (thank you to those who did
) with the majority waiting for the last minute it may be an issue to be looked into at the next A.G.M.There is however, once again the same old problem with owners paying into the Community account with the phrase "Community payment Sol Golf "
and then they are adding their names or apartment numbers. Our Community bank therefore receives the payment with the details "Community payment Sol G" and we have no idea who has made these payments. Please note that this is not the fault of the bank the Administration or any of the Officials. Could all owners please put just their apartment numbers or name when making a transfer.IF ANYONE HAS MADE A PAYMENT AND NOT RECEIVED ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF THE PAYMENT
