We seem to be having a problem with owners and guests parking in the internal walkway and not in their parking spaces or on the main road and this is causing great problems to other owners and guests.
Please, please, please will you spare a thought for how others can access their properties if you have parked your vehicle in the way. Spare another moment to work out how the emergency services can get through as well. The excuse that you only do it if there is no one else is here is not a very good one, as it is mostly when owners and guests first arrive that they need to park outside their own property to unload their cases etc.
We have had several complaints this last week and it is not even Easter yet, one owner has had to leave her baby at the gate while she went to collect her cases because she could not access her driveway - is this Community spirit!!
Several owners are now asking for drive blocks to be erected at the end of each internal walkway but these are expensive and also time consuming, if you park with thought they may never be needed.
