It now appears that some of the properties were registered later than the others and if that is the case with yours the Suma bill may not have arrived as it is not due.
Readers of this website and owners who have visited Sol Golf during June will know that the Suma bills for 2006 have arrived and needed to be paid before 20th June to avoid penalties. 
(we are told this is 20% but as always this 1. may change overnight or 2. may not be true) .There appears to be some confusion as to the involvement of the Officials and the Administrator over these bills. The Suma is a Government Tax like the council tax in England and has nothing to do with the Community, we have posted the notice of their arrival on the Community website just to keep owners informed
and to allow them to make arrangements with their fiscal reps to pay it.Those who have either not received a bill or have not been able to pay before the date will have to contact the Town Hall themselves.
The bills for 2007 we are told are due out in August/September.
