We believe that through the actions of the neighbourhood watch scheme the police activity has increased in the area, we have more police on patrol in general
, crimes are easier to report and we are to have a local station at La Zenia. In addition, to this the Neighbourhood Watch now have a website 
http://www.orihuelacostavc.com which contains much needed information for those either security conscious or those who unfortunately have been a victim of crime
